Many vehicle manufactures require battery / ECU program re-configuration when a new battery is installed requiring a re-learn tool.  This tool connects to the OBDII port providing the technician with OEM level information on how re-configuring the battery / ECU association. If this service is not performed correctly on vehicles with this requirement the battery may not be charged properly & could result in warranty issues.  Current applications include: Audi, BMW, Ford, Jaguar, Land & Range Rover, Mini Cooper, Peugeot, Volvo & VW.
